FOCUS AI + Finance

I’m a final-year AI student and researcher at Kathmandu University, exploring how intelligent systems can help us understand both language and numbers. My work so far has spanned Nepali NLP, cultural computer vision, but lately, I’ve been drawn to a new challenge: finance.

I’m now diving into topics like interest rates, risk modeling, and portfolio optimization—curious about how AI can be used not just to process language or images, but to measure uncertainty and guide better financial decisions. I’m especially interested in becoming a quantitative risk analyst, and one day, starting a research-driven financial firm in Nepal.
